Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 2 weeks.

Within that time frame, if you’ve received your threads and have failed to contact us, you will forfeit your opportunity for a refund or a re-print.

To be eligible for a potential refund or re-print, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the event that the apparel can be re-adjusted with small additional adjustments, we will do what we feel will work best for the garment. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

These rules also apply to any merchandise purchased in our small business store. The apparel should have the tags still on and be within a 2 week frame of the delivery date.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
